Abstract

This article studies the missing baldachin of the church of the Baroque monastery of San Juan de la Peña. Its construction is documented in various manuscript texts, and thanks to their analysis and interpretation it has been possible to recreate its appearance using technology, thus recovering part of our lost heritage.
